After I had Evie my hair turned into the biggest disaster of all time! It was falling out, hardly growing at all, and breaking off all over the place (especially all around my hair line). Can you relate? I’ve heard that this is a pretty typical problem for women to have postpartum! But over the past year I have worked really hard to find products that can transform my hair and I finally have the three products that I have used to completely transform my hair and make my hair the healthiest hair that I’ve had in years- EVEN after having a baby!
3 go-to products that I’ve used to completely transform my hair:
1. IoniCell for Women from Mineral BioSciences
I’m usually pretty skeptical of stuff like this because I have used other hair supplements and haven’t seen a difference in my hair. But I’ve been using Ionicell it for almost two months now and have already truly seen a huge difference. My hair grew faster than it ever has, it’s smoother and shinier, and the biggest difference I saw was how strong my hair started to become. Normally my hair breaks just from brushing it out but the breakage decreased drastically.
IoniCell actually changes your hair on a cellular level so it’s changing your hair from within. It also stimulates collagen, helps nails grow stronger, and even rehydrates your skin cells!
I have my own gel nail machine and love to do my nails but my nails get really weak from the gel. Ever since I have been using IoniCell I can do gel on my nails every single week and not have any problems with my nails being weak and thin!
2. Use Quality Shampoo and Conditioner
It’s 100% true that in terms of shampoo and conditioner, you get what you pay for! Buying shampoo and conditioner that is a little pricier (not a ton though, you guys know how cheap I am!) AND that is personalized for your hair type like this stuff is absolutely crucial in keeping your hair healthy. I also use a mask on my hair every single time I wash it and that’s been beyond helpful! This hair mask is my absolute favorite, I SWEAR by it!
3. Get braid/sew in hair extensions
This one is not a joke haha! However, this would only be a recommendation of mine if you are wanting to grow your hair out. After I had Evie I was constantly trying to grow my hair out and could never get it to actually grow, especially with tape in hair extensions. But then I tried the braid/sew method and my hair is so much healthier and has grown several inches this past year! I won’t use any other type of extensions now!
Have you tried any of these methods to help your hair be healthier? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
